Many towns across New Jersey are now requiring blower door test. What is a blower door test? A blower door test checks to see that the home, typically, a newly constructed home is sealed properly in compliance with state and federal codes.   • When everything (except paint is complete)

  • Drywall, windows, doors, etc.

  • No holes in house. 

  • Attic and basement doors must be finctional
