Manual J prepared for you.
ACCA-approved residential heat load calculations. Overnight service available. Made in the USA.
What is Manual J?
Manual J is the industry standard for calculating the heating and cooling loads of a residential property. This is the ONLY way, per ALL codes across the USA on how to correctly size the heating and cooling for your home.
It's available as a simple block load calculation and also as a room-by-room analysis that determines exactly how much capacity each space needs based on construction, insulation, window types, orientation, infiltration and climate. Not on rules-of-thumb, "eyeballing" or square-ft rules which are outdated. ONLY Manual J will tell you correctly the loads for a home without oversizing by 50-100%.
A correct Manual J is the foundation of right-sized equipment, lower utility bills and happier homeowners. It's also required by most building departments before a permit is issued.
