REScheck Reports — HVAC Ductwork Design
All our reports are made in the USA. Since 2008, we've served all 50 states.
What is REScheck ?
A REScheck report demonstrates that a residential building's envelope walls, roof, windows, and foundation meets the requirements of the applicable energy code (IECC or state equivalent). Required by most building departments before a permit is issued for new construction or major renovations.
These are very straightforward for us to do. We do them all the time for customers all over the United States. We provide Rescheck reports for new construction and alternations. We have a 3-day turnaround!! Overnight service is also available!HeatLoadUSA.com offers Res Check compliance reports as a standalone or as an add-on to our Manual J report.
What we need to prepare your load calculation:
-
Completed floor plans with room dimensions and square footages
-
Wall, ceiling, and floor assembly details (R-value of each layer)
-
Window and door schedule (size, U-factor, SHGC for each unit)
-
Foundation type (slab, crawlspace, basement) and insulation specs
-
Project address and applicable energy code / climate zone
-
Conditioned vs. unconditioned area breakdown
